Come support your friendly, neighborhood Jack Merrill and new pledge, Carter DeSouza, at the University of Colorado-Boulder and the award-winning large jazz ensembles, the Concert Jazz Ensemble (under the direction of Dr. John Gunther) and Jazz Ensemble II (under the direction of Annie Booth & David Bernot) for an evening of music exclusively written by women! Incredible music by the likes of: Maria Schneider, Miho Hazama, Annie Booth, Toshiko Akiyoshi, Mary Lou Williams, and more. A great night for music, friendship, and feminism!
