Come hit the gym!!! Alec is going to lead us in a swim workout this week! Let's see if all of his little kids coaching this summer paid off! ;D Meet at 6am in the lobby and we will go get fit from there. Be sure to bring stuff to shower and a change of clothes if you won't have time to get back to the dorms/your apartment beforehand.
