Distributed Proofreaders is a platform where virtual volunteers turn public domain books into online books, mostly for Project Gutenberg. Many volunteers work on a book at the same time and proofread each other’s work. The onboarding process before you can start proofreading takes about fifteen minutes. If you haven't done that yet, don't worry! You can do it at this event and there will probably be other brothers working on the same thing so you can go in a breakout room. If everyone hasn't onboarded, we will spend the first twenty or so minutes doing it together and then attempt to proofread together!
