If you've been outside country in the past year, they probably won't take your blood so you should check an online list. (If that country has malaria rampant and it hasn't been 12mo since you've gone, they won't take your blood.) And you should probably start eating lots of iron rich foods in hopes that your blood is hemoglobin (or something) rich enough.
