We need your help! UCSC is organizing the Day of Action on Sunday, 10/21 as the culminating event for the 11th annual Clinton Global Initiative University 3-day student leadership conference that UChicago is hosting. This Day of Action will include a 400-person meal packaging project that will be facilitated by the nonprofit Rise Against Hunger. The goal is for the CGI U conference attendees to package 75,000 meals to be delivered to developing countries. This Saturday we need help moving and unloading supplies to set up for meal packaging on Sunday. We're extending the sign-up deadline to 9AM Thursday. We'll provide bus transportation 15 minutes before start of the shift from Ratner to XS Tennis (1:45pm, 3:45pm) and will provide return ride. Pizza, too!!
