Bros, come help kids do fun educational activities: STEAM-Powered Saturday is a day dedicated to exploring STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) in the world around us through books, hands-on activities and active learning experiences. We rely on volunteer to help us facilitate these hands-on experiences with children ages 3 to 11 and their families. We plan all the activities and have wording about STEAM content to help our volunteers facilitate and talk to families. Some of the activities we are doing this year include Pom Pom Catapults, Earthquake Design, Wind Tunnel Engineering, Math Measurement Scavenger Hunt and more!
