Chicago River Day is a super cool event put on by Friends of the Chicago River. On May 12th, people from all over Chicago will gather by the ricer to run clean up and trail maintenance to keep the river healthy and beautiful. We have signed up for a site at Lawarence Fisheries- a quick 30 min train ride (it's right by Chinatown for reference).
