We will be working on cleaning up the building and yards at two South Shore buildings. Father Werling, the owner and a South Shore native, is working with Light of Honor International to create a computer lab and community center, but the buildings need a lot of work. Come help work on the sites! This event is being coordinated with the 10th Ward Alderman, so we will be joining other local volunteers at the site. I have capped the event at five because I can drive four people. More then that are able to come, but you must arrange your own transport (the Metra stops very close to the site). Please let me know if you are arranging an alternate form of transportation! You will be credited for hours if you come, even if you are technically on the wait list.
