This will be The CYPG’s third annual 5K race! Over the past two years they’ve raised more than $3,000 in profits, which directly served to fund high school students’ philanthropic projects. As in previous years, the race is open to the public and will take place on the University of Chicago’s campus in the main quad. Volunteers are needed to help with set-up (organizing food, chalking the course, etc.), clean up, and cheering people on! The whole course will happen on the main quad this year. Arrive in the center of the Quad at 9:30 for instructions and volunteer projects. If you would like to run in the race, there is more info on registration and the cause at http://cypg.strikingly.com/#the-race Please sign up by Friday, April 10th, so that I can forward the names and number of volunteers on to the CYPG coordinator!
