On Sunday May 24th, Lake Shore Drive will be shutting down for a massive event called Bike the Drive. If you've volunteered before, you know it's a ton of fun, and if you haven't, now's your chance to find out :) Plus, the event is worth SEVEN service hours (translation: almost half your requirement for the quarter). The event is from 4 AM to 11 AM, though the exact times may change by ~30 minutes depending on our specific assignment. I have requested that we be assigned to the Rest Stop in front of the MSI, which needs lots of volunteers and involves passing out food and water bottles to exhausted riders. If you would like to volunteer, SIGN UP HERE (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oA4bbQu8N_cFYi2BAc8AwgytZ3FBwi2kGxUbiZpeJJQ/edit?usp=sharing) and on the APO website BEFORE May 1st. At that point sign ups lock and if you have to cancel for any reason you MUST find a replacement to fill your spot.
