Want to join the University Community Service Center (UCSC) and our community partners on Saturday, April 26, as we celebrate our planet? We're heading to various South Side Chicago neighborhoods to help with eco-focused service projects around the city. Participants will gather for breakfast and check-in at the Tribune Lounge (1st Floor) of the Reynolds Club, 5706 S. University Avenue, at 10:00am. We will then head out to projects. Most projects will be at sites within walking distance of the University (within one mile) though there will be transportation available for a select few project sites. Projects will last approximately 2.5 hours, with time built in to learn about the organization and hear about upcoming opportunities to engage. All participants should expect to facilitate their own transportation and return to campus by approximately 2:30 p.m. To participate, please sign up by Wednesday, April 23. We will confirm your participation via email, prior to our April 26 service day. Thank you for joining us! Registration Link: https://airtable.com/applrh8ZObIISG7kF/pagiQiqVbeaUINJI2/form
