The Denton Animal Shelter acts as a local health and animal control facility, caring for abandoned pets and ensuring that they are taken care of or nursed to health prior to being adopted. This year, UNT will assist the shelter by making braided rope toys for the animals in their care. This event will be held on Wednesday, November 10, from 11-1pm in Union 314.
