The Big Event is a nationally recognized day of service celebrated by the UNT community. Each spring, volunteers contribute over 10,000 hours of service in over 7 cities in Denton County. Students, faculty, staff, alumni, and student organizations are all welcome to participate! UNT will be working with local Denton community partners which include: Keep Denton Beautiful, Explorium Denton Children's Museum, and The Salvation Army of North Texas. https://studentaffairs.unt.edu/center-for-leadership-and-service/programs/big-event To attend this event, you must have a negative COVID-19 test result within seven days of the event or upload a positive COVID test result within the last 90 days, which exempts you from weekly testing.
