Hey Gamma Rho! We will be working with the Phi Xi chapter from Austin College on their yearly Roo Boo event! This is a great opportunity to meet brothers from another chapter of APO! This is an event where the kiddos get to trick-or-treat in a safe space and get to play fun games. "The witches are brewing, the wolves are howling, and the monsters are awakening…because they’re all excited about ROO BOO 2019!!! Alpha Phi Omega is hosting a night you won’t forget full of games, candy, meet and greet characters, a haunted house, and a ghostly visit to the mad scientist’s lab! Dress up, bring your trick-or-treat bag, and get ready for a spooktacular night!" There are four jobs that we can help out with: -Checking in people to the event -Tabling for their APO booth -Selling shirts for their event -Working as Door Guards for two different locations on campus I will be able to drive 4-5 people to this event so if anyone is willing to drive as well please indicate it. Also: please post which job you would like to help out with!
