We are very close to the UNT campus, just on the other side of I-35 Volunteer Needs: We will need volunteers to assist with handing out water, welcoming guests, assisting with our commitment wall and taking tour groups to the beginning of the tour location and following behind the tour to ensure we don’t have any stragglers. Food & Drink: we will have free water at the event and you’ll get a coupon for a free meal at one of our three food trucks. I will need about 3 additional volunteers at the end of the event, if you are able to assist until 4 pm (and could come in a 11), please let me know." GrowXGood Fest at Tetra Pak is an event for employees their families and community leaders. The event is designed to educate attendees about how we can all contribute to a more sustainable future. The importance of reducing, reusing and recycling and the eco-friendly benefits of Tetra Pak’s packaging and processing business will be on display through a variety of ‘behind the scenes’ tours and activities. More than 12 of North Texas’ leading organizations dedicated to sustainability will also offer engaging activities and demonstrations. Volunteer duties: We are primarily looking for assistance with our factory tours. Our factory is a food-safe facility and we want to ensure we don’t lose anyone behind the roped off areas. Volunteers may be needed for other areas as well, but the primary need will be the factory tours. RSVP by emailing Angela.Peterson@tetrapak.com Benefits: Volunteers will receive free lunch at one of the food trucks and a free t-shirt, printed on-site by Pan Ector. Dress Code: Volunteers will receive a t-shirt to wear. Jeans and tennis shoes are recommended as well.
