First, thank you once again for volunteering for this year’s Mean Green Move-in Weekend (MGM-IW). You are a huge part of the success of the weekend and we couldn’t do this event without your help. Here is some brief information that we have for your volunteer assignment: Your assignment for MGM-IW is: Bruce Your task for MGM-IW is: Moving Objects The day(s) you selected were: Sunday August 18th, 2019 The time(s) you selected were: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM 11:45 AM - 3:00 PM Check In Location: Bruce Hall This year our training will be done through a later email that will have an attached PDF. It will cover the basics of what you need to know when volunteering with us for Mean Green Move In. Also we will have shirts for you to be able to pick up at the Crumley Front Desk. The shirts will be available from August 12th through August 16th at 5pm. Please pick up the shirts between 8am through 4pm. Reminder please wear this shirt during move in day rather than your organization or department shirt. This helps our new students know who they can ask for help of on move in day. If you are not able to come by the front desk we will have a small allotment of shirts at each of our check in locations. Just like last year rather than showing up directly to your location we need each volunteer to show up to their assigned check in location so that we can check you off for the task.
