What will I be doing? Volunteers will assist AHA staff with setting up the ballroom and transforming it into a stunning setting for our luncheon. There will be gifts to place at each seat, place cards, and other collateral. Ensure all tables are identical and have the necessary items. Some tables will require special gifts for certain guests. Attire? Comfy Clothes - jeans and an AHA t-shirt (if you have one from a previous event) or a solid color red or black t-shirt and sneakers (please no sandals or flip flops)
