What kind of event is this? This empowering event focuses on preventing heart disease and stroke by promoting healthy lifestyles and raising awareness through the support of the community to fund education and research of heart related science in women. What will I be doing? Help prep areas at the Omni and help give a head start on the festivities the following day. Prep hand out materials, organize place cards, put together give away bags and a number of other small and large jobs. Will dinner be provided? YES to ensure you are fueled and ready to give a helping hand! Requirements? Must be able to stand, bend over and lift items up to 25lbs. Attire? Comfy Clothes - jeans and a t-shirt, sneakers (please no sandals/flip flops)
