CAPS is your opportunity to set goals for the future of the chapter! The exec board's purpose is to create the vision that our brothers have for Gamma Rho. CAPS is an exercise designed for exec, actives, associates, and pledges to reflect upon what went well and what went wrong in our most recent semester. With this information, the future members of exec can model their programs directly from the recommendations of the chapter they serve, and the chapter can hold themselves accountable for growing as friends and servant leaders. This is YOUR chapter, and this is YOUR time to improve it! ***All members of Gamma Rho are encouraged to participate in CAPS, as it is your perspective that will inspire change and guide the way for future members. It is HIGHLY recommended that all current AND prospective members of exec board attend this event, seeing as you'll want to be as in tune with the desires of the chapter as possible for your term.*** Those attending are expected to be attentive and to participate in the entire exercise to receive credit. There will be free pizza, candy, and beverages!
