A peer educator from the Office of Health Promotion will come and teach us how to incorporate self-care techniques into everyday life while we also decorate a pot and plant a succulent to bring home and nurture. Based on attendance, a maximum of 7 people can attend this event, so sign up and mark this on your calendar! Refreshments will be there!
