Organization Fair Guidelines Check In Begins 30 minutes prior to the start of each organization fair. Tables are first come, first served, although we do our best to ensure that each organization has a table. Some tables are reserved. Please do not set up on a reserved table. They will be indicated with appropriate signage on top of the table. A table will be provided to each group. Please no more than 2 folks at each table. Please remain at your table. Organizations should not be walking around to students and guests during the check in process. Freshman Orientation Only: Please wear non marking shoes (such as sneakers), as the organization fair will take place on the basketball court. No heels will be allowed.
