We are so excited to share that Family Matters! is back and just around the corner! This will be our first in-person meeting since 2019. We need your help to make it a success. This year’s workshop is designed around the arts (visual, dance, theatre) for children who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing and their families. We are looking forward to welcoming children and their families on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Lansing Community College’s West Campus Location. The workshop includes informational sessions for parents along with a fun activities for children who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing and their siblings with typical hearing. Volunteers play a key role in making the workshop a success. We are currently recruiting volunteers to assist in a variety of classroom settings. No previous experience is necessary.
