This is a great opportunity to earn service hours. Everyone signing up needs to email: mpodschl@med.umich.edu a screenshot of the responsible blue check-in screen. (to show proof of vaccination) before volunteering day. It is expected for you to work the shifts you have signed up for since you would be presenting APO. Once you sign up that you are going (the sign-ups are locked) you can't unassign yourself, so please make sure you can make it to the event before making that commitment. Links to sign up (through the signup genius): https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0e4fa8ac2fa0fb6-beahero1 there are multiple positions you can sign up for!! Service hour credit would be given, once I can confirm with the coordinator of the event that you were present for your shift. (I would be receiving that information a week after the event date) MASKS MUST BE WORN DURING THE SHIFT!!
