The Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra performs a special program for students in grades 6-8 on Wednesday, November 13. Thousands of students come from schools all over southeast Michigan (and even northern Ohio!), and we need many volunteers to help ensure their safety and provide a memorable concert experience. Volunteers will be assigned according to individual preferences (outdoor/indoor), Outdoor volunteers help greet and direct the buses as they arrive, check schools in, and direct schools to the assigned entry point. Indoor volunteers help guide schools to assigned seating area in the auditorium and ensure minors are always accompanied by adults. There will be a brief training on the day of the concerts.
