Come out and support me (your Health & Wellness Co Chair)! I'm co teaching a free yoga class at aUM Yoga as part of my Yoga Teacher Training. The class is FREE and open to the public. Plan to arrive to the class 10-15 minutes early. Classes are first come, first served. There will be yoga mats available to borrow, if you bring your own yoga towel! Otherwise, a yoga mat/towel rental is $3.00.
