Volunteers would be working at Scio Farms, a mobile home park, in a new after-school tutoring program for kids. They would help set up until 4, help kids with homework until about 6, then help clean up. We need about 5 volunteers per session. Since this is off-campus, a driver would be needed. There is a certified teacher and principal organizing this in collaboration with the Ann Arbor Community Center, which is run by Reverend Whiten - mom of former APO alum and prez, Jacob Whiten! Rev. Whiten helped me get a job and has given back a lot to our chapter. The AACC is also an historic and important center in the community.
