Foster Closet of Michigan is an organization that provides clothing, underclothing, toys, shoes, and other personal items to children since many children placed in the foster care system often have no personal possessions, only the clothes on their back. You will be sorting and organizing donations. This includes organizing books and toys while sorting clothes and shoes and hanging and folding clothes. This event runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, but the branch director says you can stay until 10:00 PM if desired.
