Passing Notes is a committee partnered with Angell Elementary School. Each of the members are given a pen pal, and write back and forth with their pen pal on a biweekly basis. In addition, we also have what is called ‘Reading Days’. These are days out of the week that committee members go to the school and read with their pen pals!
