Trick or Treat on the River |
| Date: Oct 12, 2025 at 11:30am to 5:30pm | |
Join us for a spooky tradition on the Huron River!
The City of Ann Arbor’s Volunteer Engagement Team is excited to bring back Trick or Treat on the River! Festive families will paddle around Gallup Pond in canoes and kayaks, stopping along the way to trick-or-treat at themed stations. Volunteers bring the magic to this unique fall tradition by dressing up in costume, handing out candy, and creating a fun and memorable experience for all.
We provide costumes, props, and all the candy — you bring your energy, enthusiasm, and Halloween spirit! Each station has a theme, and volunteers work in small groups to hand out treats and interact with families as they paddle by.
