Please put away all electronics and be ready to participate for the full duration of this meeting. 3. Try your best to be as open to sharing as you are comfortable with. HOW TO: 1. One person will read the question out loud and you will have a few minutes to think of an answer. 2. Once everyone is ready to share - go around and share your answers one at a time. 3. Repeat this process until your group has completed all the questions! 4. As you take a moment to reflect, write an encouraging letter to the person on your right. 5.
