Please meet outside the SRAC and take a group selfie before going in! Please be sure to also send the workout that everyone completed! (one person sending it for the group is fine!) This is for all the people who do gym gym out there! If you are experienced, please help those who are new to the gym. For this fellowship, please also spend the first 10 minutes of this fellowship creating a workout plan for everyone to follow and complete. Then send this plan to the group chat and start your workout! *The SRC does have a shower room so if you wont be able to go home after, please bring soap, a towel, & change of clothes/ pledge uniform & pin ! **4 people must attend for this event to pass, at least 1 Brother needed.
