This workshop is hosted by LB Nicholas Kihei Cam. This is about learning a popular form of exercise in Japan called Radio Taiso (related to calisthenics). It was used before to promote health and fitness during war. All Brothers and Pledges are welcome to attend. **Please send group photo to VPLs for credit.
