There will be rounds with particular topics set and each member will write down a word that comes to mind when thinking of the topic being stated and write it down on a piece of paper. Each member will then place their paper in the hat and once each member has placed their paper, the topics will be shuffled. Someone will be chosen to pull out the first word and give a description with the word the pulled out while answering the topic of the round. Once each member has passed the round will continue and the topic will deepen in emotional connection. With each topic being presented in each round we will also have back up questions provided for topics that the current member in play might not be able to resonate to. For example, “why doesn’t this topic resonate with you? How is your experience different with word relating to the topic?” Since we understand that it might be difficult for certain members to be emotional vulnerable.
