Welcome Spacefarers! In this service event, we will be helping scientists with projects related to outer space through the zooniverse website. You will be asked to look at pictures from telescopes and mars orbiters and classify certain items on the pictures. You will be actively helping astronomers to push the forefront of science while learning a bit about astronomy yourselves! We will be doing the following two projects: 1) Keeping up with the Halloween theme, we will be looking for $pooky gravitational waves from $pace https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/zooniverse/gravity-spy 2) Then, we will search for surface anomalies on the planet mars https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/mschwamb/planet-four Happy hunting! Please screenshot your results at the end.
