We have all been stuck at home for quarantine and have probably been stuck in bed more than usual. So lets do some yoga and stretch that body! I will walk you through some basic yoga stretches that you can do to get the body stretched and woken up so you are ready for the day :) MATERIALS: If possible, a yoga mat but a soft surface like carpet or something soft that you can lay on the ground that won't slip DRESS CODE: Not pajamas but comfy clothes, NO LETTERS/PIN
