Chairing: Brothers must select “I volunteer to coordinate.” to chair. Pledges must comment “I would like to co-chair.” to co-chair. First come first serve. Meeting Time & Location: The Square @ 6:45 pm Maximum Number of Brothers: 8 Event Description: As the semester is coming to an end, we would like to bring up the mood of brothers and show gratitude/admiration to those who are stepping up and running to be the change for our chapter. Tasks in this service contain but not limited to: • Making cards, posters, arts & crafts. • Making goodie bags Small gestures can really bring up an individual mood and confident. As we’re a service and brotherhood fraternity, we must show that we are continuously rooting for one another. If you have any materials that could be crafted and given to EXCOMM candidates, please bring it because the more crafts, the better. • Brothers running for Spring 2019 are encouraged to attend as you can always support other brothers running for: either the same position as you or another position. Coordinator will provide: paper, zip locks (to include crafts, candies, etc), markers, pens. But attendees who brings materials of their own will be greatly appreciated. These gifts will be given to nominees at the Chapter Meeting.
