We will be pruning them back to promote continued healthy growth and also to enjoy bundles of this very fragrant "Provence" variety. We will have ribbon/rafia for you to tie up your free lavender flower bundle to go home or bring your own. Please bring pruning or rose clippers and instruction will be given on how to correctly prune lavender. If you don't want to prune we also need people to tie the flower bundles that we will sell at "Art in the Park" on Sunday August 19th at Shinn Park. We will have tables set up for that purpose. ______________________________________________ Dress Code: Letters/Pin * comfortable clothes for outdoor gardening ______________________________________________ Materials: * pruning or rose clippers ______________________________________________ Extra Chairing Tasks: Contact the hosting coordinator in advance with: * Alpha Phi Omega * San Jose State University * date/time/title/location of event * # of attendees * attendees' names Please include this evaluation form in your Thank-You email: http://bit.ly/apogb_evaluation_form ______________________________________________ Hosting Coordinator Contact: TBA
