Outlet serves hundreds of youth and trains thousands of youth-serving professionals each year. As the only local resource for LGBTQQ youth, Outlet positively impacts the lives of teens in our community by reducing isolation, increasing self-esteem, and developing important skills for tomorrow’s adults and leaders. In 2013, Outlet officially became a program of Adolescent Counseling Services, a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Founded in 1975, the mission of Adolescent Counseling Services (ACS) is to empower teens and their families in our community to realize their emotional and social potential through counseling and preventive education. The Outlet Program is looking for outgoing, motivated and supportive community members to volunteer at this years' Out to Eat party! This event is a fun-filled evening out for Outlet's LGBTQQ community supporters, and we want to find volunteers that love to interact with community members and are interested in suuporting a great cause! This year, we're excited to be celebrating Outlet's 21 years of service to the community.
