Any attendee who wishes to attend more than one shift may only receive the number of hours completed, not the number of hours per shift, even if the time frames of the shifts overlap. This shift officially begins at 10:00 am. * Check-in at the Spartan Study Hub (on the NW corner of CVB near quad facing CVC) * Get a wristband and vest * Receive your area assignment * You must work your entire shift in your assigned area ______________________________________________ Maximum Number of Brothers: none ______________________________________________ Event Description: "Take a three hour shift where you're exposed to incoming students and give them a friendly face to welcome them to SJSU. You can sign up using the Google doc below. Anyone in your organization can volunteer so please spread the word!" "Move-in is an important time in the year because this is truly our opportunity to make a powerful first impression on our residents and their families!
