Our City Forest Chairing: Brothers must select “I volunteer to coordinate.” to chair. Pledges must comment “I would like to co-chair.” to co-chair. First come first serve. Meeting Time & Location: DC @ 12:30 pm Maximum Number of Brothers: 3 Event Description: Show some trees a little TLC with the Tree Care team! Help care for our urban forest by assisting with a watering and/or maintenance route in San Jose. Meet at our Office by 9:00am and ride to the site with an OCF AmeriCorps member or Tree Amigo. Trees will be watered usually with a large hose from a water tank but sometimes with buckets. Occasionally, other maintenance is required. No prior experience needed. Up to 3 general volunteers needed; 1 - 2 tree amigos needed for task supervision.
