(Please Comment shirt size) START LOCATION: DOWNTOWN SAN JOSE Both the half marathon and 10k start line will be in downtown San Jose. Restrooms, gear check, medical tent and information booth will all be available at the starting area. We will share more details on this as the route planning continues. FINISH LOCATION: ARENA GREEN The finish will be on Autumn St between W. St. John St and W Santa Clara St. Our post-race celebration will take place throughout Arena Green East. We will share more details on this as the planning continues. COURSE DESCRIPTION Half Marathon Course: The Silicon Valley Half Marathon will be a USATF Certified Course that starts in downtown San Jose. The first half loops through downtown San Jose, highlighting its many diverse sites and neighborhoods. The course’s second half proceeds on the Alameda before coming back into downtown to finish near Arena Green and the SAP Center. There are no bike path sections and we are not copying the Rock ‘n’ Roll San Jose Half Marathon course. The race starts at 8:00 am. From 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, runners will be running by you, so you will be offering tons of cheers (and likely some high fives), while you direct runners the way to go.
