Game Krackers Chairing: Brothers must select “I volunteer to coordinate.” to chair. Pledges must comment “I would like to co-chair.” to co-chair. First come first serve. Meeting Time & Location: Shift 1 - DC @ 9:45 am Shift 2 - DC @ 3:30 pm (possibly earlier in case of traffic) Maximum Number of Brothers: 6 Event Description: Protospiel is a 3 day long prototype board game convention from March 9th-11th. The convention is paid for by the game designers who will be testing their games throughout the weekend. Everyone else gets to come in and play games for free. The purpose of the event is to allow those game designers to gather a lot of feedback for the games they are working on. Protospiel will take place at Game Kastle from 10am - 10pm all three days. They need volunteers to help with the front desk over the weekend. This entails checking in sponsors, designers, VIP players, and making sure everyone gets a chance to join in the raffle. Dress Code: Letters/Pin Extra Details: During their shift volunteers will rotate between manning the desk and taking a break to play board games. That's right; you can earn volunteer hours playing games.
