Our fraternity's pledging process is a challenging odyssey. This semester, our goal is to emphasize the process -- the "how pledges do" rather than "what pledges do." In this workshop, we will revisit the Pledge Education Program and walk through the new Pledge Planner -- a new direction with the pledge binder that affords pledges the creative freedom to plan, schedule, and reflect on their process and personal development. Come to learn about our expectations of Brothers, and let us know your expectations of us as the Spring 2018 Pledge Masters.
