Meeting Time & Location: DC @ 12:45 pm Maximum Number of Brothers: 6 Event Description: Hospice care at VITAS is focused on serving and comforting patients and families at the end of their lives. Volunteers will be participating in arts and crafts with the patients! Dress Code: Letters/Pin Extra Chairing Tasks: Email the coordinator ASAP on reserving spots. *Some previous services have been cancelled from not contacting coordinator in a reasonable time frame!* Keep in contact with the coordinator and update her on our volunteer status. Please don’t sign up unless you are absolutely certain and committed that you can come. 2. You must email coordinator to reserve the spots. Only a certain amount of volunteers are needed at the events, as listed. 3. Please remember that no-shows and last minute (less than one week) cancellations are unacceptable. 4. Please be on-time!
