Meeting Time & Location: at location Maximum Number of Brothers: 4 Event Description: The students involved in the competition eat lunch outside near MacQuarrie Hall and Sweeney Hall. From 3:30 - 4:00, volunteers can pick up any trash in the area that is on the ground and put it in the large garbage containers that the university will provide for our event. (They will probably be large gray plastic garbage bins.) Then the big plastic garbage bins need to be brought into the lobby of MacQuarrie Hall for pickup on Monday by the university. At 4:00 the volunteers can go to Morris Dailey Auditorium to help clean up the auditorium when the event is over. The hosting coordinator will be in Morris Dailey with large plastic bags that we can use to collect trash. There will be a few tables and chairs that will need to be moved from the front of the auditorium to the lobby - and the volunteers could help us get that done.
