Habitat for Humanity ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used furniture, home accessories, building materials, and appliances to the public at a fraction of the retail price. Proceeds are used to build homes, community, and hope locally and around the world. Typical ReStore volunteer activities include helping with store organization and retail inventory, cleaning and organizing, unloading donations from our truck, helping customers with their purchases, and special projects. No experience is necessary." Dress Code: Letters/Pledge Pin; Wear work clothes and sturdy, close-toed shoes. Bring a lunch (if applicable to your shift timing) and a refillable water bottle.
