Meeting Time & Location: DC @ 7:45am Maximum Number of Brothers: 10 Event Description: "Come support Habitat for Humanity as we prepare our playhouses for assembly! Habitat for Humanity EB/SV’s Playhouse Program began in 2009 and has changed a lot over the past few years. Most of the playhouse builds take place at offsite locations. To successfully perform these offsite builds, we have to prepare (or prep) the playhouse pieces beforehand. During a typical Prep day groups will have the opportunity to cut out playhouse pieces from raw plywood, base paint pieces of the playhouse, and machine windows and doors. No experience is necessary!" Dress Code: Letters/Pledge Pin; Wear work clothes you don't mind getting paint or dirt on and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Extra Details: "Bring a lunch (if applicable to your shift timing) and refillable water bottle. Tools and safety equipment are provided. For safety reasons, all volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Volunteers ages 16 - 18 must bring a signed minor waiver form with them to the site.
