Winter quarter is arguably the roughest quarter of the school year, making it mentally and physically exhausting. Because of this self care is so important during stressful times like these! For this service event, send an image of yourself and service you scheduled for yourself (haircut, physical therapy, manicure, etc...) by 11:59 PM. If you are unable to schedule a service event or take a photo of it, instead send me a paragraph of service you plan to get done for yourself.
