You must check in with SAO staff at the HUB Operations Tent (next to the Red Square smokestacks) before 9:45 am. RSOs that do not check in with SAO by 9:45 am on their assigned day will lose their space, and it will be given to an RSO waiting in the rush line. If you don't show on your assigned day, but try for another day, please remember the rush line is first-come, first-serve, with priority given to groups that didn't have a previously assigned space. This is a very popular event, so please be on time! Date: Wednesday, September 28, 2022 Location: Red Square big tents Time: 9 am check-in, 10am-2pm show time NO TAKING ANOTHER RSO'S SPOT! There will be SAO and Dawg Daze helpers under the tents helping RSOs get to their assigned spaces. Space: One 6-foot table. You may be asked to remove items if your space moves outside of that table. Chairs: Each RSO may take 2 chairs from the rack under their assigned tent. Chairs must be returned after the fair is done for the day. Trash and PPE: There are trash bags, gloves, and extra masks available under your tent- please ensure you clean up all trash and swag! Giveaways only, no fundraising: Swag, flyers are great! If you choose to give out snacks, only single-serving, commercially packaged foods allowed (example: candy, chip bags) RSOs are strongly encouraged to use online tools to collect new member information, and limit hand contact and flying paper at their booths.
