Listening & Leading for Health & Wellbeing |
| Date: Feb 24, 2022 at 12:00pm to 2:00pm | |
The pandemic has forced communicators to think about wellness in a whole new way. Individual health decisions are now a collective concern. Companies are newly responsible for protecting their employees and customers. And impactful communication about COVID safety is a matter of life and death.
Even if we return to the office, we’ll never go back from thinking about the whole of our community members’ experiences; their families, their friends, their health decisions, their quality of life. Our individual and shared goals can only be realized in an environment of mutual care and shared wellbeing.
Connects 2022 is a space for communicators and leaders to explore and learn about how we think and talk about health and wellbeing at work, and beyond. This free online learning event will feature experts on well-being, leadership and health communication.
Participants who attend both interactive earning sessions and submit a reflection qualify for a University of Washington-branded badge in “Health & Wellbeing Communication” to add to their LinkedIn and resume.
